Management Company
A property management company is hired by the Board of Directors to assist in managing the Association. The management company does not exclusively run the Association but works at the direction of and under supervision by the Board of Directors.
 
The Seminole Village Homeowners Association  Board of Directors has hired Caribou Property Management to be the association management company effective May 1, 2021.  Caribou has over 35 years combined condominium experience. Our team is excited to serve you. We operate with a high level of responsiveness and transparency to help your Association thrive now and into the future.
 
Currently, our team of managers will work jointly to address the needs and concerns of the Association.

Our office phone number is 608-286-3825 and office hours are Monday-Thursday 9 AM - 4 PM, and Friday 8 AM to 12 PM.
 
After-Hours emergencies including weekends, our Maintenance Team has an on-call line available at 608-630-6020. 
 
Please note that there may be a service charge for after-hours assistance - information on this will be sent to you separately.  This service is for true emergencies only that cannot wait until the next business day.  Examples include fire, damage to a structure, other threat to life or buildings.

What does the Management Company do for you?
 
-Educate and enforce the Seminole Village By-Laws, Covenants, and Rules as directed by the Board to maintain property value of HOA.
 
-Answer questions and address complaints from homeowners living in Seminole Village.
 
-Manage the daily financial duties of the Association, including fees collection, bill payments, taxes, investments, etc. with Seminole Village accounting firm.
 
-Attend Board meetings, annual meeting, provide agendas and minutes of meetings to homeowners.
 
-Report on necessary capital repairs to the Board to assist with short term and long term planning.
 
-Provide access to HOA documents such as condominium documents, financial reports, insurance policies, Board minutes, and annual budgets.
 
-Solicit bid proposals, coordinate vendors and oversee common area upgrades and maintenance to landscaping, pool, tennis court, ponds, fountain and building exteriors.
 
-Arrange for street maintenance, lighting and snow plowing.
 
-Coordinate Clubhouse reservations for homeowners unable to use the website calendar.
 
-Respond to any emergency issues 24 hours a day.
